I am currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager to join a well-established and rapidly developing nursery in Hull. Each room is thoughtfully designed to inspire children to learn through play. Located close to the city centre, their nursery offers excellent transport links for easy accessibility.
The ideal Nursery Manager will possess:
- Extensive experience in a nursery environment
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role
- Level 5 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Experience with Ofsted inspections
- A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes child development
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the nursery
- Implementing and maintaining the EYFS curriculum
- Ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and practices
- Leading and supporting a dedicated team of professionals
