Workshop Based in Wincanton. Commutable from Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury, Langport and surrounding areas

Are you a Quality Inspector from the CNC / Precision Engineering industry and looking to provide expertise for a well renowned machine shop and support with manual Quality Inspection duties?
Do you have experience working with Verniers, Micrometres and various other manual inspection equipment within a Machine shop environment where you will work to uphold quality standards for company projects?
My client is a long-standing manufacturing company, with clients ranging from Aerospace to Oil & Gas. Established over 50 years ago, they have gone from strength to strength in recent years. They have earned a loyal nationwide customer base and are in the need of a Quality Inspector to ensure their continued success.
The responsibilities of the role include inspection of components, ensuring high levels of quality, keep records up to date and lending a hand to other areas around the site. The ideal candidate is an experienced quality inspector from a precision engineering background.
The Role:
- Quality Inspection of CNC precision engineered components
- Working outside of IR35
- 3 - 6 Month contract working Mon - Thurs - 34hr per week (more hours available)
The Person:
- Strong background with Quality Inspection from CNC / Machine Shop
- Willing to commute to Wincanton
