We are looking for a "Super-Administrator" to support the busy franchise team with their administration. This is an established and growing global organisation that works within the electronics distribution sector working with clients within the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive and Medical sectors. Employing nearly 200 people worldwide and with a turnover of over £200million, this is truly an exciting time to be part of this dynamic company.

They are at the forefront of quality and service-driven component distribution, setting the standards now and anticipating future trends to ensure their services are aligned to our customers' business.

We need someone with proven administration experience who is comfortable and competent with systems and who is able to manage large volumes of work. It's a lovely team with plenty of banter and full of down to earth, intelligent and funny people.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver support to the Franchise Product Teams with administration around the coordination of supplier design registrations,CRM data integrity and program updates within the franchise division and build/maintain a strong relationship with the internal team.
  • Administration of the internal ERP system Infor and CRM tool ZOHO. Any experience using 'Salesforce' would be a big advantage as there are plans to start using that system in the next 12 months.
  • To support the coordination of samples for BDM's/Customers/Salesteams by liaising with the relevant suppliers and the internal team.
  • To follow through to ensure design registration is made for these sampled projects and to manage the online projects log ensuring design registration numbers are submitted.
  • To support Sales and the Product Team with project updates in the CRM systems used.
  • Maintain internal Franchise documentation.
  • Develop relationships with supplier's factory representatives to achieve most favoured status.
