Job Purpose

We are recruiting for a part time Senior Business Support Officer to provide business administrator support for the Grounds Maintenance Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll, ordering stock and invoice payments.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Manage the Grounds Maintenance Service payroll
  • Order stock and inventory for the service
  • Process and manage invoice payments
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
