Are you a Psychology Graduate with a passion for education and a desire to support students in their academic journey? If so, look no further! Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Psychology Graduate to work at a secondary school in the Ashford area supporting a student with SEN. This role will be a September start with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. The daily rate will be between £83.33 and £100 depending on experience.
The Role:

Work on a 1-1 basis with a student who needs additional support within the school day

Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment

Conduct assessments to identify individual students needs

Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
Requirements:

Must hold a Psychology Degree

Strong communication skills
-
Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role

Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
