Main Duties:
Innovation:
- Ensure that samples are sent in a timely manner.
- Ensure orders are signed off and customers receive the correct material according to approved specifications.
Passion:
- Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the process.
- Actively seek and record sample feedback from customers.
Integrity:
- Follow company Food Safety and Quality procedures.
- Ensure the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures are always followed.
- Assist the Quality Manager with any necessary tasks required.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Complete customer documentation as required.
- Manage Sage batch allocations to orders, updating and maintaining batch and customer attributes.
Quality:
- Maintain impeccable sample records and update them daily.
- Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure all products comply with Food Safety standards.
- Ensure all samples are packed and presented well, so customers receive them in good condition.
- Prepare samples for laboratory testing.
- Input required testing data onto online laboratory systems.
- Conduct incoming goods sampling and organoleptic inspections of raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Sage and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
