Key objectives
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners,providing high quality HR advice
- Manage the day to day benefit administration
- Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies and tools
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services
- Manage the day to day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in an employee's life cycle
- Have a strong understanding of benefit plans and be the subject matter expert of benefit processes.
Please note that languages are strongly desirable but not essential, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
