This growing consultancy offer a full range of services to a diverse range of clientele. Working within both the commercial and residential sectors, with the main bulk of their projects being within the high-end residential sector. Offering services from contract administration and project management, dilapidations and defect analysis to a plethora of clientele. They have a strong emphasis on developing strong relationships with their clients which has found them great success since their conception with them having a full workbook with both repeat and new business. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, with a large proportion of the role focusing on the providing quality contract administration and project management services to your clients. You'll also be travelling to sites in and around London where you will be identifying defects in properties, then you will look to analyse those defects and provide effective solutions. You'll also ensure strategic planning and budgeting creating cost assessments to ensure projects are running effectively. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be creating cost assessments for projects to give clients, colleagues and on-site teams a clear idea of the cost of projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Building Surveyor with contract administration and surveying experience to be able to hit the ground running, and who is looking to take hold of their career with a growing and ambitious consultancy.
