UK Salary: £28k - £32k per annum + Benefits
I am seeking a skilled 2nd line support Technicians to join my clients dynamic team in London!
I am looking for candidates who are skilled with:
- Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Windows Server administration
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Desktop support (Windows/macOS)
- PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support across multiple locations
- Resolve incidents and service requests
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Escalate complex technical issues to 3rd line or specialist teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures
- Support deployment and upgrade projects when required
