Rayment Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Group Relief Chef to work for a Luxury Wedding Venue Group. The multi-award-winning venues are highly-regarded as some of the most sought-after wedding venues. They have 6 sites across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire. The successful Group Relief Chef will offer support as and when needed. You will have a solid strong cooking background and you'll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering the most incredible culinary experiences
- Directing the food preparation process & delegating tasks
- Cooking & preparing high quality dishes
- Create menu items, recipes & develop dishes
- Supervising, motivating & working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Being responsible for health & safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary & food safety guidelines
