**The Role: Mortgage Advisor
As the leading Mortgage and Protection Broker within the firm, you will have access to a steady stream of leads from both new and existing clients. While leads are provided, we're also looking for someone who is proactive and eager to generate new business as the team continues to expand.
**Employed Mortgage Advisor Package:
- Remote Working
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £35K, dependent on experience.
- Lucrative Commission: Earn 20% post-validation, with realistic earning potential between £110k - £120k annually.
**Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor Package
- Remote Working
- 70% commission for self-generated clients
- 40% commission for leads provided (Wealth Manager referred leads)
- 30% commission for pension referrals

**Mortgage Advisor Experience
:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor
- CeMap Qualified or equivalent
- A trustworthy, personable approach with clients, both new and existing.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Ability to secure referrals and provide comprehensive protection advice.
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in an autonomous role.
