- Utilise ATS systems to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Manage job postings, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and deliver progress reports.
�? Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role.
- Exceptional telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running and handle a high volume of recruitment activities.
- Proficient in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional demeanour and represent the company's values.
