The Role
The position of International Finance Manager is a extremely diverse role that will be involved in commercial finance, financial reporting and financial control. It's important that the successful candidate is passionate about building and developing finance teams are the function is going to need to scale over the next 12-24 months to facilitate the companies growth trajectory. The key components of the role will include:
- Reporting to and deputising for the Head of Finance
- Hiring, training and developing finance professionals
- Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts & returns for domestic & overseas entities
- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts & reporting packs
- Periodic and adhoc financial analysis - KPIs, costs, revenue, trends, variance analysis
- Budget setting and monitoring
- Annual audit preparation including liaising with External Auditors
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Cashflow analysis and forecasting
- Assisting with taxation & VAT returns
- Ensuring robust month & year-end
- Overseeing transactional finance - accounts payable, accounts, receivable, & payroll
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
Head of Finance
The Head of Finance began their career as a technical accounting expert, before diversifying their experience into commercial finance. This provides a wide wealth of experience and knowledge providing an excellent mentor figure for aspiring finance professionals.

Candidate Profile
We are keen to engage with the qualified Accountants that ideally have a balance of financial reporting and commercial finance. However, Financial Reporting experience is non-negotiable, ideally with international as the Head of Finance happy to develop an individual's commercial exposure.
