Your new company
A global organisation are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a remote basis. The position is based in Brentwood, occasional travel would be needed to site and this is a policy not contractual, so it could change. Therefore, you will still need to be within a reasonable commute to them.
Your new role
This is a global collections' role; resolving disputes, collections, working closely with internal stakeholders, reporting on high risk clients weekly and monthly, reconciliations, monitoring credit limits and dealing with external debt collection agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience as a Credit Controller within a corporate and global organisation, be autonomous and happy with remote working, an excellent communicator liaising well with internal stakeholders and customers where English is not always their first language.
