Showroom Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year + bonus scheme
Opening Hours:
Monday – Sunday 10am – 4pm. You would be required to work 5 days per week.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the operations of our client's brand-new showroom opening in Harrogate. The Showroom Manager will be the key point of contact for the showroom, responsible for maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Day-to-day management of operations of the showroom
§ Overseeing a sales team
§ Providing expert advice to clients on suitability and design
§ Handling quotations, invoices, payments, and sales aftercare
§ Maintaining showroom diary and online appointments
§ Updating the CRM system with client information
Ideal Candidate Profile:
§ Excellent customer service and organisational skills
§ Strong communication skills
§ Commercially minded with a proven track record of driving sales
§ Background in design/interiors/creative industries preferred
§ Exceptional attention to detail
§ Hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
