Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid Working: Available after probation - 3 days in office - 2 working from home

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers and intermediaries.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails related to mortgage and savings products.
  • Provide clear, accurate information in line with the Financial Conduct Authority's 'information only' regulations.
  • Send product literature, application forms and illustrations to customers and third parties.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal products and third-party offerings.
  • Support other team members and provide cover where needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, professional approach to customer service.
  • Ability to learn and clearly explain detailed product information.
  • Confident working as part of a small, supportive team.
  • Previous experience in financial services or a contact centre is helpful but not essential.
  • A desire to build a career in a customer-oriented, regulated environment.
