Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to play an important role in helping BizClik Media grow. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and you'll also help with some of our training delivery to small groups and individuals. You will work closely with our HR administrator and management team to ensure we attract, develop and retain top talent for our business.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As our Talent Acquisition Director, you will:

  • Work with managers to understand hiring needs, build job descriptions and create ad campaigns across our websites and 3rd party channels.
  • Use multiple sourcing and advertising techniques to find suitable candidates.
  • Review and propose changes where needed around our existing processes for recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.
  • Carry out initial screening (with an administrator), lead our interviews and the entire recruitment process.
  • Ensure onboarding and induction programs are robust and slick.
  • Support managers with training and workshops on good recruitment.

Ideally, successful candidates will have some experience around sales training programs.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter within a business. Experience recruiting sales people and/or media would be useful.
  • 3+ years in a recruitment role.
  • Demonstrable experience owning a recruitment framework in a standalone role.
  • A creative, positive thinker, using innovative tools and methods to further improve our Talent Acquisition.
  • A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm.
  • An excellent communicator both face to face and in writing.
