Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a leading business in the High Peak area. Due to continued growth they require an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join them and work closely with the FC & Management Accountant.
Salary
- £28,000 - £32,000
Location
– High Peak
Hybrid
– 3 days in 2 from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Management Accountant with the production of the management accounts.
- Complete and check Balance Sheet reconciliations, such as VAT, Fixed Assets and GRNI.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register,
- Complete and submit VAT returns,
- Analyse and investigate month end variances,
- Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate variances,
- Provide cover/processing support for AP team & Credit control team.
Person Specification:
- AAT Qualified looking to study further.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Confident, can do attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
