I am currently looking for a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to oversee a range of digital projects on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web project management and will be instrumental in driving website upgrades, online tools, web applications, and advertising campaigns to successful completion.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Scope project requirements and prepare comprehensive budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Coordinate project efforts and maintain clear communication across all departments.
- Ensure all digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Monitor and report on website traffic and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics.
- Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring alignment and understanding of delegated tasks.
- Identify potential risks or issues early and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager.
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project and AtTask.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a good understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Strong grasp of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design software.
- Solid technical background with the ability to troubleshoot accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field is highly desirable.
