Warehouse Coordinator
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for one of our clients based in Letchworth on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Our client is looking for an individual that has a strong administration experience, knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and attention to detail.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM - 16:30PM
- Weekly Pay - £13.07 an hour
- Immediate start
- Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
- Free on-site parking
**Warehouse Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints received via phone or email.
- Log, investigate and provide communication covering root cause and corrective action.
- Liaising with carriers on missing shipments and adhering to the credit claim process.
- Provide weekly reporting on productivity, lateness and absenteeism to drive continuous improvement within the operation.
- Overhead order processing using the Management System.
- Provide additional cover on Reception as and when needed
**Warehouse Coordinator - Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within same / similar position
- Excellent communication skills and building relationships
- Knowledge of ERP / Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Strong administration skills
