Role Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and financial advice to a portfolio of high-profile clients, including musicians, actors, TV presenters, and entrepreneurs
  • Produce or review statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Manage and develop junior team members, offering guidance and oversight
  • Assist with business development and onboarding of new Private Clients across Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds
  • Ensure all reviews, work in progress, and billing are managed effectively, meeting monthly targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Wealth Management and Tax teams to create comprehensive reporting packs for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified with significant experience in a practice environment
  • Proven ability to prepare and review complex financial reporting packs
  • Up-to-date experience with accounting and reporting software, including app stacks
  • Exceptional communication skills and discretion when dealing with high-profile clients
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing junior team members
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
