A leading, purpose-led professional development organisation, renowned for its culture of openness, innovation, mutual support, and integrity is seeking a new Programme Manager who will embody these values and help drive their mission forward. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Education to operationalise and enhance the delivery of the organisation's prestigious courses and programmes.

As a Programme Manager, you will need to have a strong interest in people development and ideally an understanding of executive coaching. You should be a natural communicator and relationship builder, skilled in administration, with experience working in a virtual/remote environment an advantage. While experience in HR/L&D environments and managing third-party relationships is nice to have, your ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative setting is essential.

As Programme Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate the coaching product team for smooth operations.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by acting on feedback.
  • Manage the programme budget, ensuring optimal income and cost control.
  • Maintain commercial oversight, working with marketing, sales, and operations teams for effective promotion and business development.
  • Ensure programme materials align with brand guidelines and are available to clients promptly.
  • Oversee version control of delivery materials.
  • Act as the company's subject matter expert on team coaching, supporting knowledge transfer across the global partner network.
  • Allocate faculty for programme delivery, in consultation with the Head of Education.
  • Contract and coordinate venues, ensuring timely operational integration into systems (Zoho CRM, Absorb LMS, Zoom).
  • Collaborate with the Head of Consultancy for customised in-house team coaching solutions.
  • Develop expertise in accreditation and competitor landscapes to support participants and the business.
  • Represent the organisation in meetings with the Joint Venture partner, capturing minutes and tracking actions.
  • Communicate updates and actions to the Head of Education, Head of Operations, and the wider business.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Commercially astute self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with Zoom and video conferencing platforms
  • Familiarity with a CRM platforms (essential)
  • Solutions-focused and pragmatic
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive advocate for change and improvement

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR/L&D environments (nice to have)
  • Experience managing third-party relationships (nice to have)
  • Strong interest in people development and ideally an understanding of executive coaching
  • Natural communicator and relationship builder, skilled in administration
  • Experience working in a virtual environment a plus
