We are recruiting for an Personal Assistant to join a leading law firm renowned for its excellence and extensive presence across the UK. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support services to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's Corporate and Commercial National Service Line.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to a team of 7 fee earners, including diary management, arranging travel, and coordinating events.
  • Work closely with Document Production Specialists and Administration Assistants to ensure efficient workflow and client service.
  • Anticipate the needs of lawyers and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all communication is clear and effective.
  • Manage and maintain lawyers' diaries, inboxes, and file administration, including compliance and money laundering requirements.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives, contributing to the firm's innovative approach to client service.
  • Maintain up-to-date lawyer CVs/biographies and assist with the completion of official forms and submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a PA or Secretary, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as required.
  • Outstanding client service ethos and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
