The Opportunity:
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored advice across group risk, private medical insurance, and wider benefits strategies. You'll lead market reviews, support scheme renewals, and act as a trusted adviser—balancing technical insight with strong relationship management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Advise corporate clients on group life, income protection, critical illness, and private medical insurance
- Manage client relationships, renewals, and scheme implementations
- Conduct provider and market reviews to ensure competitive terms
- Liaise with insurers, HR teams, and internal stakeholders
- Stay on top of legislation, industry trends, and benefit benchmarking
