The firm has offices across the North of England and are recruiting Credit Hire Litigation Executives to join their Liverpool office. This is a great opportunity for Credit Hire specialists to progress their career in a well-run firm.
Your new role
This Credit Hire Litigation Executive role will see you handle a broad ranging and interesting caseload where you will be handling all aspects of litigated and non-litigated Credit Hire claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents. You will progress claims in a timely manner and in accordance with CPR. Applicants will also be required to instruct counsel, to attend conferences, hearings and CMCs. Successful applicants should have relevant knowledge of caseload and legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced credit hire litigation executive with previous experience managing your own caseload of credit hire cases. This position is open to qualified and non-qualified individuals. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of the CPR, case law and legislation as well as a good knowledge of Credit Hire law.
