Great opportunity for an organised individual to support the heads of departments to make sure all the projects and campaigns run smoothly and are delivered on time.
Ideally you will have experience in a marketing or creative agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in both project management and resource management if you wish to continue your career in this direction.
You will be given training and support to succeed in this role.
- 12 month maternity contract
- ASAP start but can wait notice periods
- Hybrid working- ideally 3 days in the London office but they would also consider fully remote if preferable
- £25k-£30k + benefits
The role:
- Attend internal resource meetings to plan schedules
- Ensure the smooth day to day delivery of work to clients
- Book al projects through the project management tool
- Report on any capacity concerns
- Make sure individuals aren't over booked on projects or too stretched
- Support in making sure the projects stay within agreed budgets
- Be on top of all project administration including project scheduling,
- Monitor project progress and highlight any issues that arise
- Report on any staff capacity concerns
- Support teams to prioritise workloads
The person:
- Ideally experience in a marketing agency
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Great communications skills
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and pick up new systems and softwares
