Apprenticeships Partnership Executive - Digital Apprenticeships Sector
We are working with our West Yorkshire based client to recruit an experienced Sales executive for newly made role in their small, successful sales team. The company are an award winning, well established dynamic organisation who operate in the booming training and apprenticeship sector, and this role marks a brilliant career move for a successful sales executive who want to further their career in this exciting and vibrant sector.
The industry is huge, and this company are leading the way in the promotion and training of people who are wanting to gain various qualifications in digital marketing related courses - as a Partnership Exec here, you will be responsible for speaking to organisations across Yorkshire about their training needs and potential apprenticeship requirements. Very much telephone based, you must be a brilliant communicator, organised and a relationship builder too, as they pride themselves on the amount of repeat business they enjoy.
You will be part of a small team, and will be part of their next part of growth for 2024 onwards - you will receive a great basic salary as well as a bonus scheme that is realistic, and has been devised specifically to reward you for your skills and efforts. Further to this, you will receive ongoing training and development, with opportunity to "up-skill" with various qualifications if you wish - this is a small company at the moment, and they are not tied in by red tape or KPI's it's very much autonomous - there is an attitude of come in and do your job well! Also, free parking, although it's very accessible, amazing hours (8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday), free food and drink available and the chance to join a close knit team as they continue to expand.
You must have a solid B2B background, and be able to source leads, speak to key decision makers, manage your pipeline and close either on the phone or by making an appointment for a Director to go out and visit. You may already be working in the training / apprenticeship sector, and seek a new, exciting challenge, or be a B2B sales professional from any sector who wants to move in to this lucrative sector. Previous experience in this sector is definitely an advantage!
