As a Claims Handler in our Total Loss department, you'll be at the heart of our customer service efforts, providing essential support when it's needed most.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess claims and determine the best course of action in line with our policies.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring they understand each step of the process.
  • Identify and report any potential signs of fraud.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
  • Manage your own caseload, keeping accurate records and making informed decisions on claims.
