We are partnering with a top 10 UK law firm with a significant international presence to assist in their search for a skilled Real Estate - Energy solicitor to join their team in Scotland. Our client is looking for a talented individual with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in energy real estate, covering both onshore and offshore projects. This is an excellent opportunity to take a major step forward in your legal career. While dual qualification is desirable, it is not a strict requirement.

In this role, you will:
Play a pivotal role in complex real estate transactions within the energy sector.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative legal strategies to address challenges within the energy real estate landscape.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years' PQE experience in energy real estate, including on-shore and off-shore transactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in real estate-related matters within the energy sector.
- Proven ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel in energy real estate projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with expertise in real estate law, with a focus on the energy sector.
