This is a band 6 position available for an experienced mental health practitioner, working in Rochdale
Start date: ASAP-10 weeks
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:45-16:45
Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)
Job description:
- Provide a mental health service to adults of working age who experience moderate to severe mental health problems in the community
- Undertake care coordinator role
- Knowledge of severe and enduring mental health problems, including personality disorder.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health and social care, including legislation
