Your new company
You will be working for a local housing association who need some help managing the cleanliness of void properties after tenants move out and preparing these properties before new tenants arrive.
Your new role
You will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining the communal areas, toilets as well as the voided properties, which are a crucial part of this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to pass a DBS check, have valid Right to Work documents, you must also be able to provide 2 valid work and related references from ex-employers within the last 3 years.
