LOCATION: BRISTOL OR EXETER
I'm currently working in partnership with a building consultancy supporting them with the crucial hire of both a Senior Building Surveyor (chartered MRICS) and a Building Surveyor to join both their Bristol and Exeter offices to work across regional projects.
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum 2-3 days per week onsite/ office, 2-3 days home working hybrid model Location: Bristol OR Exeter with travel to regional sites
**Senior Building Surveyor
- Working across a number of projects in different sectors (private and public clients)
- Assisting with the development of new and repeat business
- Project Management and Contract Administration duties for larger projects
- Use and application of JCT and NEC
- Framework management
- Experience in sectors that includes: education, local authorities, health care, central government and infrastructure projects
- Have experience working for consultancy
- Experience of AutoCAD, and Revit is advantageous
- An awareness of BIM systems
- MRICS chartered
**Building Surveyor
- Working across a number of projects in different sectors (private and public clients)
- Experience in sectors that includes: education, local authorities, health care, central government and infrastructure projects
- Good team working skills and ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Have experience working for a consultancy
- Experience of AutoCAD, and Revit is advantageous
- An awareness of BIM systems
- Full support working towards APC
