**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored educational programs that meet each student's individual needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Help students with personal care, mobility, and communication as required.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with the SEN team to develop strategies that promote students' social, emotional, and educational development.
**What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, particularly autism and learning difficulties.
- A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A willingness to assist with personal care tasks when needed.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
