A reputable Elderly Care Home is seeking a Deputy Manager on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
- Assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff and assuming full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present
- Ensure each resident's care plan and daily records are up to date.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma or NVQ in Leadership and Management
- Good knowledge of CQC standards
- Ability to engage with the service users and understand their needs
- Worked in Residential Care Homes previously with "Good" CQC outcomes
- Confident working with hospitality team as well as care staff
