Title: Head of Payroll
Location: Northamptonshire
Working 1 day office
Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and to drive future improvements!
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee the team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees.
- Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market leading function.
- Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.
- Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment.
- Project management and implementation experience.
- Team and stakeholder management.
- High volume payroll experience.
- Strong character with ability to drive change.
