Accounts Assistant
£32k - £35k depending on experience

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant, ideally with estates, or property industry experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location, with fantastic development opportunities. The role is a permanent position, that is fully office based, reporting into a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the finance operations are run efficiently.
Your duties will include:
? Managing daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and tracking of cash flow.
? Reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
? Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment of expenses.
? Preparation, and maintains accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
? Assisting budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
? Supporting the finance team in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.
? Assisting in the analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and financial institutions as required.
? Participate in financial projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
? Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks and Excel.
? Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
? AAT Level 4 qualified would be ideal
? Proven experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within the property management or real estate sector.
