Firm:
Our client is leading Legal 500 Defendant insurance firm that is based in Bolton. It specialises in insurance focused claims and wants to expand its Credit Hire Claims department. It is currently looking to grow its Credit Hire Team with a new Fee-Earner to handle credit hire files valued over £25,000.
Role:
- Dealing with a caseload of DA & NDA pre-litigated credit hire files under the supervision of a Technical Supervisor
- Review and analyse case files throughout their lifecycle in accordance with client guidelines
- Develop and maintain client relationships, prioritising client-centric decisions
- Formulate initial strategies by assessing all intelligence and KYO strategies
- Conduct telephone negotiations with third-party solicitors
- Liaise with insured parties as necessary
- Execute actions according to the task list within the Case Management System
- Accurately complete management information (MI) processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of handling credit hire files and your own caseload independently
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- LPC/University Degree is essential
- Good IT skills
- Understanding of Defendant Insurance Personal Injury practice
