Our client, a reputable local charity is looking for a Floating Support Worker and be a part of their mission to end homelessness in Swindon. As a member of our dedicated supported housing team, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centred support to individuals with a background of homelessness and low to medium needs.
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are ready to make a positive impact by supporting service users facing challenges such as entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health issues, and a range of offending backgrounds. Your role will involve promoting engagement, fostering positive relationships, and empowering individuals to move towards independence.

Preferred Requirements:
- Support work experience
- Experience in homeless pathway support
- Property compliance / tenancy support knowledge
- Proficiency in risk and needs assessing
- Ability to provide move on support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or related field
- Previous training in Mental Health First Aid
- Valid driver's license
