Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual looking to support primary school students in their learning journey? Join our welcoming school community in Ealing as a Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their individual learning goals.
  • Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Assist with classroom management, including preparing materials and resources and maintaining a tidy and organized classroom.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school community.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (essential).
  • Previous experience working with primary school children is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and varied school environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
