An exciting and fun opportunity to join a growing estates team.

Are you physically fit and able to do some general maintenance and tidying up?

Are you willing to use your DIY skills and change light bulbs, do minor repairs and move some equipment?

We are looking for a friendly and reliable person - someone who is flexible and proactive with an understanding of health and safety.

  • Salary of £26-£27k per anum (depending on experience)

The facilities Support role will involve:

  • Locking or unlocking of the premises
  • Some routine maintenance, undertaking simple repair work, for example changing light bulbs, erecting shelves, painting and redecorating as well as grass-cutting, sweeping leaves, etc.
  • Computer literate
  • Manual handling (moving equipment or furniture as needed)
  • Overseeing of external contractors visiting the site
  • Assisting in emergency evacuations and fire drills

Training can be provided on areas which you are not familiar with, where required.
