Description

  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Streamline and implement new work processes for the accounts payable department.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisor role within an Accounts Payable department.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
