We are seeking a confident and experienced Administrator with strong customer service skills to support our client on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for communicating with schools about attending a free event, managing communications, and coordinating the timings of school arrivals.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Communicate with schools to inform and engage them about the event.
- Manage all communications with schools to ensure they are kept up-to-date with event details.
- Coordinate the timings of school arrivals and ensure a smooth schedule for the event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school representatives.
- Handle any queries or concerns from schools regarding the event.
- Ensure all event details are accurately communicated and understood by participating schools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage communications effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a liaison or coordination role is preferred.
