Night Concierge - Battersea - £28,780 per annum
My client, a leading Student Accommodation firm in London, are currently seeking a number of Night Concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents in their brand new site in Battersea. A stones throw away from Battersea Power Station, this site has iconic views of the River Thames and the chimneys of Battersea Power Station.
You'll be the smiling face that welcomes the residents, delivering excellent customer service and providing solutions to any problems that may arise during the night shift.

Duties:
- First point of contact for residents during the night shift
- Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service
- Providing a practical and timely solution to their problems, which may include communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues and managers
- Helping out with parcels and post queries
- Work with residents to ensure the property remains a safe and enjoyable space for all of the residents during the nightime
- Ensure property bin stores are kept clean and tidy
- You'll be carrying out checks and building walks
- Inspecting the communal areas; our power house - the plant room, the lifts and the corridors and ensure these are kept clean
- Dealing with issues or incidents and calling the emergency services when needed
- Working with your other colleagues from the Maintenance and Day Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for the residents 24/7
- To write up a great handover for your Day Team colleagues so they know all that has happened during your shift and anything that they need to follow up on
- Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Prior experience in a Customer Service/Cocierge role
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build report
- Able to use own initiative
- Self-starter
Hours: 8pm to 8am - four on four off shift pattern
Salary: £28,780
