Salary: £32,000- 45,000 depending on experience

I am excited to be recruiting for a passionate Architectural technologist to join an award-winning close-knit practice in the heart of Oxford. This dynamic practice has an exciting portfolio of innovative, inspiring and high quality crafted designs. They are passionate about ensuring that their end building is environmentally conscious utilising energy efficiently. They have earnt an excellent reputation and have cultivated long lasting relationships with their clients. The successful Architectural Technologist will have post qualification experience working on residential projects ideally with a sustainable focus as well as being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical drawing capabilities.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Working towards/ achieved MCIAT
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar qualification
- Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
- Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
- Proven experience working in the residential sector and ideally commercial
- Be a supportive team player
- Prior knowledge working on listed building and heritage projects
- Passion for incorporating sustainability into design
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
- Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
- Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth
- Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Commutable distance to Oxford
