Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Flexible schedule for the right candidate)
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to support our Sales Executive by:
- Enhancing Project Success: You'll update project information and assist with quoting, using existing templates. Your contribution will be key to converting more projects into sales!
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Your commitment to top-notch customer service will leave a lasting impression as you communicate directly with clients and assist the sales team.
- Building Connections and Creating Leads: Ideally, you come from an office or telesales background, comfortable with supporting the sales team and enthusiastic about seeking out new opportunities to expand our client base. Experience in the roofing industry or a construction background would be highly beneficial, but we're open to all relevant backgrounds.
- Forward Thinking: We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset who can objectively identify new avenues or sales opportunities that we may not have considered.
- Using a Variety of Tools: From Microsoft Office Suite to Adobe and our in-house finance systems, you'll use the latest tech to make your job easier and more efficient.
- Driving New Leads: You'll review database information to spark new business opportunities, and take an active role in contacting potential leads to set up new projects.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales support or office-based role is ideal, and telesales experience is a plus! You should also have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all quotes and documents are accurate and completed on time.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF editing, and basic familiarity with finance software is essential.
Relationship Builder: A natural at building trust and establishing professional relationships, you thrive when connecting with others and contributing to a team's success.
