We are partnering with a FMCG business seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team of experts in Redhill. Our client, renowned in their industry, collaborates with many of the world's top brands to deliver high-quality items and a first-class service experience to customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated Supply Chain Administrator to join a proactive and dedicated team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate should be:

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, analytical, and logical, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with MS Navision is a plus.
  • Experience in a stock production and logistics environment is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will excel in building and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally.

You will play a vital role within the team and will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service & Export Supervisor with client orders, product exports, and general administration, including data analysis and managing client and supplier inquiries. You will also be responsible for:

  • Update the Annual Rotation Plan (ARP) for timely product supply to cold stores based on cycle plans from Business Development and Key Account Managers.
  • Support order processing and stock checks in Navision, ensuring accurate dispatch notes and BB dates.
  • Handle customer queries on deliveries, pricing, and distribution issues, coordinating with depots and escalating as needed.
  • Work with the Technical Team to secure product releases and update cold store systems with authorization details.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in UK and EU cold stores, arranging transfers to maintain service levels.
  • Coordinate with cold stores on loading, log tags, and export documentation.
  • Track shipments, provide support for container arrivals, and update teams and clients on progress.
  • Manage log tag processes, including calibration, dispatch, and data handling.
  • Provide required documents to destination warehouses for container release.
  • Produce reports on shipping schedules, stock, and wastage for management review.
  • Cover for absent Supply Chain Team members and handle various administrative tasks.
  • Support project teams as directed by your line manager.
