HSEQ Coordinator

Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Coalville for a HSEQ Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent basis.

This is a brand-new position within the Company so it is a really exciting time to join and be part of a friendly team. Working closely with the Senior Management team and process owners you will be coordinating with all departments within the Company regarding any information relating to Health, Safety, Quality and Environment ensuring they meet the respective standards.

HSEQ Coordinator Job Details & Benefits;

  • £28,000 per annum starting salary with potential to increase dependant on experience
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-5.30pm & Friday 8am-3pm

HSEQ Job Duties;

  • Ensuring the Company Management Systems are kept up to date
  • Maintain document control for the business
  • Maintaining accreditation portals
  • Ensuring risk and method statements are reviewed by process owners and are updated
  • Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and assisting in HSEQ related tender process
  • Maintaining and publishing accident and incident data
  • Assist in the site safety walks, safety alert emails and one point lessons
  • Review Company objectives and ensure they are updated in real time by the objective owners
  • Coordinate the Health and Safety committee
  • Ensuring suppliers have been assessed and their annual reviews are up to date
  • Weekly and monthly HSEQ reporting
  • Health, Safety, Quality and Environment statistics administration
  • Assist in internal audits and maintain non-conformance register

HSEQ Person Specification;

  • Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with staff at different levels
  • Familiar with HSE systems
  • Ability and focus to ensure data is processed accurately
  • An organised team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement
  • Able to communicate with multiple relationships at different levels both verbally and written
  • Demonstrate competent IT Skills (Office 365) and web based portals
  • Possess a good understanding and have the ability to promote Health & Safety
  • IOSH experience
  • Internal Auditors Certificate
