CRP Group are recruiting for a Gas Engineer on behalf of their client who are a property services company working across the UK.
The Gas Engineer will be responsibe for:
- Undertaking services, repairs and maintenance of domestic heating systems.
- Complete work in line with specification and gas safe regulations.
- Complete all relevant paperwork.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety at all times.
- Complete out of hours work including overtime and call outs as and when required.
- Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and health and safety procedures.
- Report all accidents, near miss events and potential hazards.
- Carry out all maintenance works.
The successful Gas Engineer will have/ be:
- Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3
- or equivalent
- ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- LPG, UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
- Understanding of gas legislation
- Full UK driving license
- Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
- Ability to manage own time and workload
- Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
- Flexibility
