As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of queries pre installation.
You will be upholding the companies five star reputation by ensuring each query is dealt with swiftly and promptly making sure the best level of service is provided at all times!
The role will be extremely fast paced you will prioritise queries and hold excellent organisation skills.
