You will have experience of working as an administration or within a customer service role with good Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and part of a team with good organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks. You will be professional with a pleasant demeanour and attitude with a willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary.
Contract Administrator Duties
- Site purchasing, purchase invoice matching and approvals.
- Site delivery scheduling and stock monitoring
- Job set up and allocation
- Job file maintenance and record keeping.
- Liaison, scheduling and allocation of work to operational teams.
- Preparing handover and certification documentation for compliance.
- Supporting and Liaising with Operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracts .
- Ensure Checkmate Way processes and procedures are being followed and maintain records for compliance and audit.
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Manage workload and ensure deadlines are met and adhered to.
- Support with Client Liaison ensuring high levels of effective communication and client satisfaction.
